Our professional 24-hour, on-site care team is overseen by our dedicated Registered Nurse. Together they work with your customized and personal service plan to provide assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, medications and more.

The following basic services and amenities are included in the monthly rental rate:

Personal Care Services available for an additional fee:

In addition to the Basic Services included in the monthly rental rate, there are Personal Care Services available for an additional fee. To determine your needs and to create your personalized service and care plan, a comprehensive assessment will be completed by the Registered Nurse prior to your acceptance into The Meadowlands.

Personal Care Services can include, but are not limited to:

• Medication preparation and assistance
• Assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting and incontinence
• Nurse services
• Daily housekeeping
• Transferring and ambulation assistance
• In house escort to meals and activities
• Outside escort to medical appointments
• Special dietary restrictions and meal preparation
• Personal laundry (wash, dry, fold)
• Beauty & Barber Shop services
• Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy
• Shopping Services
